Requirements
- Involve in day to day content management and maintenance activities of our clien websites.
- Regularly monitoring of the sites for performance, errors and other issues.
- Constantly monitoring of the SUPPORT line for content updates and other client correspondences.
- Manage all the Change Requests raised by the clients.
- Proactive involvement of customer relationships.
- Support the web development team if required.
- 2+ experience in a working in a web development team.
- Experience e in working in frameworks such as wordpress, joomla, OpenCart.
- Good communication sells in English is a must.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS and Javascripts.
- Skills in Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Responsive Web design techniques.
- Image slicing and good knowledge in PSD to HTML knowledge would be a definite added advantage.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
