We are looking for a suitable candidates for the post...
Duties
- Attending to all ICT help desk activities.
- Communication with service providers on support issues.
- Route maintenance and changes of ICT infrastructure.
Requirements
- GCE Advanced Level and Higher Diploma in IT preferred.
- 2- 3 years' relevant experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in MS Windows Server Products and Windows Client Products.
- Excellent skills and knowledge in Network/ Hardware troubleshooting, Antivirus products and Backup Technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Age below 30 years.
