Barman
A Hotel complex with 100 luxury guest rooms including 24 Deluxe Rooms, the Palmyrah Restaurant and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities has vacancy for.
Duties
- To take orders from customers.
- Serve drinks in accordance with customers instructions.
- Should establish good relations with patron.
- To keep the bar and surrounding area clean and tidy.
- To monitor and maintain appropriate bar stocks.
- To settle customers' bills as required.
Requirements
- Male, age below 45 years with a pleasant personally.
- Should have a good educational background and be fluent in English.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar post in a star class hotel.
- Must have a good knowledge of all beverages including alcohol.
- Should be competent in cocktail making.
