The Ideal candidate should be able to work as a Motor claims executive and should follow up on calls and letters sent to customers to reduce complaints.
· 2-3 Years experience in the similar position.
· Should able to go for field visits when required.
· Maintain a good relationship with Clients, Brokers, and sales staff.
· Ensure claims are worked out on time to facilitate speedy delivery of cheques.
· Handling walk-in clients when required.
