With the anticipated development drive in the freight and logistics sector and expansion plans of the Projects division; we are in pursuit of a dynarriic and energetic individual to till the following position in Our company.
MANAGER OPERATIONS— PROJECTS (Age below 40 years)
Applicants should possess a minimum 10 years of experience with a proven record in the field of global logistics / freight forwarding in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will lead the Project division to achieve its goals & objectives. The role requires the individual to work independently as well as in a team to accommodate the demands of the project based on its scope. Prior experience in an collaborative environment, ability to conform to shifting priorities, meet strict timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities, strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills are some of the key essentials demanded by the role. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks ill a high pressurized environment and sustain effective business relationships with people at all levels is essential.
Candidates should possess an outstanding knowledge and experience in the field of project operations, excellent relationships with all industry stake holders, computer literacy and the ability to work flexible hours.
