Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch.
- Ensure an efficient operation and management of resources.
- Should display maturity,overall administrative skills and maintain sound relationship with all business partners,introducers,and otherf intermidiaries.
Requirements
- Should possess minimum 5 years‘ experience in handling and overlooking branch activities Company and operations with a proven track record in a similar capacity in a Licensed Finance company/Bank or any other Financial Institution.
- Should possess a thorough know-how in carrying out Credit appraisals/evaluations,Deposit Mobilization,Pawning etc.
- Having an existing portfolio, which generates business will be an added advantage.
- Intermediary qualifications from CIM/SLIM,Institute of Credit Management and CIMA or any other qualification related to the industry will be an added advantage..
