Dry Process Developer / Technician

Responsibilities:

You will be stationed full time in our Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) garment washing factory. As one of the core members in the garment washing (dry processing) department headed by the Factory Manager, responsible for providing and determines the correct color to the washing and dry process effect.

Requirements:

·         Solid experience of denim and capable for development, innovation in all kinds of washing and dry process effect.

·         Minimum 3 years solid experience for USA !EU market is essential.

·         Close communication to understand customers washing standard and to convey the correct washing requirements to the development team / production team.

·         Solid experience of creating / improvement of color to help create new washing sample and upgrade the existing production technology and cost.

·         Ensure and follow through all progress that is being clone to assist the merchandising team timely return samples to customers.

·         Check all kinds of in/out samples before deliver to customers.

·         To avoid garment defect during sample development and report to the Production Manager to take necessary preventive measures.

·         Ensure the samples and color range sample are ready before mass production.

·         Knows how to prepare and train up the local staff in Vietnam

At the same time, you must be able to provide related work and academic certificates to meet the requirements for applying a work permit in Vietnam.
