Requirements
- Should be able to effectively manage the restaurant as per the brand standards.
- Suggestive selling daily administration, team handling and imparting training.
- Should perform tasks to service the food & beverage requirements according to the set standards.
- Should ensure that the outlets are set for smooth efficient operation.
- Should direct supervise Staff to ensure that duties are performed as per standards.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Preference will be given to those with previous experience in a star class hotel.
