General

• We are looking for a senior level manager who can impart learning to our workers and staff and equip our human resources to consistently achieve the high performance standards which is set above the average industry standards.
• Planning and organization, coaching, attention to detail and quality, assertiveness and language skills will be the core competencies required.

Job Responsibilities

• Staff recruitment and induction.
• Employee appraisals and development.
• Training needs identification and execution.
• Manage the Performance Measurement System.
• Maintain compliance to ISO 9000, ISO 14000, Wrap, OHSAS and other management systems.
• Manage the quality and safety audit program for continual improvement.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 10 years work experience out of which at least 5 years in HRD and compliance.
• Must have a high command in English and Sinhala languages.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be a definite advantage.
