Job Responsibility
- As a first point of contact for customers you will be helping with a variety of requests on online chat,email,and phone and occasionally in person.
- The ideal candidate will have a friendly and consultative approach to addressing customer needs.
- In a nutshell your job is to keep new and existing customers happy.
Requirements
- Have a Degree/Diploma in IT/Networking/Telecommunication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(additional languages a plus).
- Good multi-tasking skills to manage multiple communications at once.
- Quick learner,team player,positive attitude.
Essential tasks
- Customer support via email,Chat and over the phone.
- Handling of configuration of customer devices.
- Giving direct feedback about the latest customer requests, suggestions and pains.
- This valuable feedback will help us improve our products and service level.
- Giving valuable feedback to improve the communication with our customers (FAQs,knowledge base,guidelines etc).
