POSITION OF TECHNICAL PRESALES ENGINEER

Wavenet is a value added service Platform Specialist with expertise in 557, 46, 36 and IP technologies to various tekos, lo-callyand overseas. We are expanding our team and are looking for dynamic, committed, innovative people that can join our growing team.

A results oriented individual who will drive the team to successfully formulate strategies and achieve the company's business goals.

Nature of work

Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.

Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.

Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.

Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.

Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.

Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.

Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.

Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.

Requirements

• Education - at least a degree in IT, Telecom Engineering, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience 2+ years of experience possessing relevant working experience in similar position.
• Experience in telecom domain is an added advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with o diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts plus successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
