Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related area or computer-related field includes courses in marketing, Economics, Communications, Computer science, Information systems.
Skills & Experience
- Technologically savvy enough to understand and explain technological concepts to clients and even carry out demos.
- Effective leadership and good customer service skills.
- 2+ years' experience in same capacity.
Responsibilities
- Deal with identifying and qualifying business sales opportunities.
- Provide consultation services and information to clients who want to buy IT products and services and advises them on the best option based on their needs.
- Develops good business relationships with clients.
- Receive, analyzes and responds to business proposals from various stakeholders providing industry-specific solutions.
- Analyze and explores business and market trends and stays updated about new technological developments taking place in the industry.
- Manage staff and oversees the overall running of the IT department.
