Requirements
<
- Degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management From a recognized institution with a minimum 5 years experience at managerial level.
- Be Fully conversant with all aspects of labour laws and be familiar with modern HRM Strategies and administration Procedures.
- Ability to handle all personal management activities including Staff Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance evaluation, Payroll, Compenstation and benifits and disciplinary matters.
Internships
- We have openings for undergraduates who are currently following Bachelor's degree in the 3rd or 4th years as well as following professsional Courses in Marketing, Logistics, HRM or Accounts to Join Our company as Interns. An Internship Allowance will be paid during the Internship Period.
