Work To Do
- Provide leadership and direction to the entire Sales Team to enable them to achieve and exceed their sales objectives.
- Develop and implement action plans for expanding the existing distributors as well as new business development.
- Plan, commission and oversee market research to identify targets and monitor market developments.
- Sales Leadership, market savvy key account management, sales team accountability and uncovering strategic product partnerships are a few of the talents this Sales Manager must possess.
- All pricing and maximizing Company revenue and profitability are daily expectations of this professional.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in Sales.

- Strong relationship management skills.
