Senior Software Engineer
We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who can provide real solutions to technical issues, and willingly take ownership and become responsible for meeting tight development schedules.You are good at ensuring the delivered solution exceeds quality expectations and meets the technical specifications and best practice design, performance and security requirements.
Ability
- Consistently demonstrated ability to exceed the requirements of a Senior Software Engineer.
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
- Ability to take responsibility on multiple assignments at the same time.
- Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.
- Pay high attention to detail in all work.
- Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
- Willingness to travel.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong knowledge of C#.NET. ASP.NET,SharePoint and web services.6 + years of experience.
- 6 + years of experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Own two or more modules of the project under development.
- Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
Skills
- Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
- Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Team Lead
