DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVES
Candidates should have excellent Documentation, public relation and customer service skills. He/She should possess G.C.E Advance Level with minimum of 2-3 years experience in handling Documentation/Customer Service of a reputed Shipping/Freight Forwarding agency or in a commercial environment. Should have an excellent command of English and computer literacy.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES
The candidates should have excellent public relation and customer service skills. He/She should possess G.C.E Advance Level with minimum of 2-3 years experience in handling Customer Service. Should have an excellent command of English and computer literacy.
RECEPTIONIST CUM TELEPHONE OPERATOR
Should have a pleasant personality with very good interpersonal skills with excellent command of English both written & spoken, excellent telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office package would be an advantage. 1-2 years previous experience in similar capacity.
