We are real estate company based in New York, and working on multiple web projects. Currently, we have two projects, the first one is still in ongoing process.
1) Global Marriage Market
2) Real Estate Transactional Platform
We are looking for a qualified candidate who can assist on our web projects, and become a successful employee in our company. We already bought the script for global marriage market website, and we are looking to modify the website and add some new contents.
Essential technical skills & Experience
>> Solid Skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
>> Very good experience with PHP and should be able to read and understand thousands of lines code
>> Experience with PHP framework is a PLUS!
>> Very good experience in MySQL and should have good background in Relational Databases.
>> Experience with XML is a plus
>> Must have strong development skills and the ability to maintain projects to completion
>> Can work in a fast phase environment
>> Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail is required.
>> Some design experience or the ability to work within an existing design
Responsibilities (with a freedom to achieve them)
>> MAIN GOAL: 10,000 site users
>> Updating content on the web page, fixing bugs, issues
>> Search Engine Optimization
>> Coordinating with Social Network Manager to build a functional and popular site.
>> Creating / Coordinating a Mobile Site Version
If you are selected, your test period will start immediately and will go for 2 – 4 weeks depending on how much you can accomplish (we do know how much time you will devote yet and how fast do you work). Upon completion of the trial period we will be paying you an agreed upon salary and bonus.
We can pay $400 - $500 per month or negotiable. Also, we can pay through money gram or any other method you prefer.
