Main Responsibilities
- Implement sales initiatives and work with sales team to establish/maintain new and existing customer base
- Successfully lead, motivate and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct, evaluate and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date market research data on industry and competitors' products and services
- Provide feedback for future product development
- Gather and compile purchasers’ feedback in relation to company’s products and services
- Procure prospects, compile and update database of prospects and purchasers
Candidate Requirement
- A degree, preferably in Marketing & Sales or real estate related majors.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry with at least 2 years in managerial capacity and working experience in foreign developers will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in high-end residential/villa development will have added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge in MS Words, Excel, Power Point.
- Able to work independently and as a team player with minimum supervision.
