A dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated individual will be responsible to manage a team of over 80, ranging from Sales representatives to Regional Managers.

Skill:
- Over 15 year of experience in an FMCG company in senior manager capacity with proven track record in Sales & Marketing.
- Highest level in Marketing qualification
- Challenging capacity to face the fierce competition Local territory knowledge and working experience around Sri Lanka Key responsibilities
- Improve the sales Managing the distributors and the sales teams. Preparing the budgets and the sales plan Visiting fields and to handle the issues
Addressing the issues and targets during the monthly conference Communication with the sales team to improve the sales. An attractive and negotiable remuneration package, including fringe benefits, await a successful candidate
