Account Management, Sales & Marketing Planning, Business Support and Sales Administration.
Our client is associated with a Fortune 500 corporation that designs, manufactures, distributes and services engines and related technologies, including electrical power generation systems. Being the authorized distributor in Sri Lanka the company is well known for its technical expertise, delivering innovative solutions for any commercial, industrial, recreational, emergency and residential power need. The company has grown steadily and developed its engineering capability to contribute to the development of Sri Lanka's infrastructure, its buildings and its manufacturing capability.
Account Management: Manage account relationships, pursue sales opportunities to generate new business, promote products, execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales goals. 0 Develop relationships to generate customer goodwill and loyalty. 0 Achieving collection targets within the given time frame.
Sales & Marketing Planning: Work with department Manager to formulate an appropriate short, medium and long-term marketing communication and sales plan. 0 Track and review competitor activity and strategies.
Business Support and Sales Administration: Utilize ERP/CRM programs to enhance market penetration and also to manage customer interactions and build long terns relationships. 0 Prepare quotations, invoices and sales reports related to new generated business and account portfolio.
Corporate Social Responsibility: Embrace company-driven initiatives for local community. 0 Project good company image when interacting with customers, suppliers, colleagues and local community.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Professionally qualified full or part with CIM/SLIM or equivalent.
- At least I years experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in business to business marketing.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Application software skills, especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
- Experience in working with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region to pursue new business and manage account relationships.
