Trainee Sales Managers - Life Insurance
This will be an exciting job for those who are capable of grooming leaders from within their teams. Selected candidates will be further trained and developed by Union Assurance through a comprehensive well-structured training programme covering all aspects of the life insurance industry including marketing distribution management, sales force administration, finance, human resources management, marketing and branding etc.
The training period would be for 6 months and Trainee Sales Managers will be confirmed as Sales Managers in respective home regions upon successful completion of the training period.
