EXECUTIVE CHEF
We are looking for a person below 45 years of age with extensive experience in five star hotels, luxury resorts or high end restaurants in Sri Lanka and/or overseas with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Chef to join our team. He should have a proven track record and the desire to delight the customer and to excel in his achievements. While exposure working under a foreign Chef is essential, recognized professional qualifications will be advantageous
Candidates possessing expertise in fine dining cuisine, especially garde-mange and hot range will be Ideal along with a fair back knowledge in pastry with experience in eastern, western and oriental cooking. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of creativity and a flair to create menus and dishes according to the requirements of the customer.
Remuneration
The selected candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package, which will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Perquisites include attractive annual salary increments, annual performance excellence cash rewards, company maintained vehicle, 3 bedroom fully furnished house for self and family, holiday allowance, medical benefits, and other benefits applicable to employees in senior executive capacity.
