POST OF MANAGER (MOTOR UNDERWRITING & CLAIMS) : Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for all Motor claims and underwriting functions of the company and would be responsible; • Implement strategy towards optimize company objectives • Observe and action taken for ensure competitive underwriting standards are functioning at the company. • Ensure high effected & efficient claims process in the company Requirements
• Degree from a recognized university or equivalent in relevant field or pass finalist/Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) at UK with 5 years of experience at managerial level in Motor Insurance • The age should be around 40 years. • good communication skills • very good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills • computer literacy is essential • proactive decision making The successful candidate will be provided with a competitive remuneration package at par with the industry standards.
