Junior Executive — Sales & Marketing 

lob Profile • Achieve business targets set by the management. • Develop marketing and sales plans. • Source new customers and build relationships with remand existing customers. • Understand existing/prospective customer requirements in detail and report to management. • Promote the brand at suitable and relevant forums. • Monitor local and overseas competition and changing market conditions to support management decision making. We are looking for: • An active and energetic individual with part qualification in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent professional qualification. • Minimum 2 passes at G.C.E A/Ls. • 1-2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing. • A very good command in English and a very good knowledge in MS Office packages are required to be successful in this position. • Excellent negotiation skills, public relations and analytical skills will be advantageous. 

 

Supervisor — Convertainer Production 

lob Profile • Supervise and monitor the production process by providing technical and leadership support. • Cany out daily administrative activities assigned, in respective to the production department. • Ensure the quality of products by carrying out regular in progress quality checks. • Develop new methods and procedures to optimize production efficiencies, maximize work utilization and reduce operating costs. • Assist in new product development activities and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage performance, conduct and attendance of employees We are looking for. • G.C.E A/L Qualification. • Certificate qualification related to Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering frorn a recognized technical institute. • Below 30 years of age. • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field.
