TRAVEL MANAGER — OUTBOUND DIVISION

Qualifications and Skills required

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in similar capacity with a sound educational background • Ability to vvork in Galileo, Amadeus and other GDS's systems is a pre requisite • Partly or fully IATA/UFTA qualified or a Diploma in Ticketing is an added advantage Ability to work independently on airline fares and ticketing, reservations, apply refund processes and handling all other matters pertaining to ticketing • Knowledge in fare rules and regulations on all airlines • Ability to plan and handle FIT and Group toursworldwide and continuously enhance Artiest base • Experience in conducting tour groups overseas is an advantage • Excellent geographical Icnowledge of worldwide destinations is mandatory

SALES MANAGER- HOTEL DIVISION

Qualifications and Skills required

Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience with the ability to identify and sell solutions to satisfy the customer travel requirements is essential • Strengthen and enhance existing sales operations incoiporates • Ability to attract new customers, build new relationships and provide enhanced customer service • Ability to make regular sales calls to attract both corporate and individual customers in a given timeframe towards meeting expected sales target Possess an outgoing personality with good PR skills

ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT—INBOUND DIVISION

Qualifications and Skills required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience and knowledge in all aspects of Inbound Tours • Excellent geographicaUnature and historicaUcu I tural lcnowledge of the country • Planning of innovative tour itineraries and Hotel products • Possess an outgoing personality with good PR skills

SENIOR EXECUTIVE - INBOUND DIVISION

Qualifications and Skills required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience and knowledge in selling Inbound Tour Packages& Excursions • Ability to work with minimum supervision relating to planning of itineraries, pricing stnicture, reservation, handling inquires, management of hotel inventory, tour guides/ drivers and all other operational aspects • Possess an outgoing personality with good PR skills and selling techniques to liaise directly with tourists and other companies
