EXECUTIVES/OFFICERS - MORTGAGE LOAN
You will be expected to perform an important support role in our Credit department Your responsibilities will include evaluating mortgage loan requests, researching borrowers, assisting in loan recovery, restructuring loans etc.
Prerequisites
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a banking or financial services institute • Preference would be given for those who have worked in loan/montage departments in commercial banks
• Excellent credit analysis and accounting skills • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and organizational skills • Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for decision making • Ability to work well independently and interact effectively at all levels
