Role Accountabilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans, leading on all elements of the marketing mix developing commercial and brand base building activities.
Partner on strategic brand projects from concept through to execution ensuring delivery is aligned to strategic imperatives.
Lead and develop highly motivated, talented and ambitious markeeters.
Collaborate with a wide and varied range of partners made up of external agencies and internal function leaders.
Financially responsible for the delivery of a set of annual/monthly financial targets that demand significant top and bottom line results.
Set direction and influence our UK operating board.
Key Skills & Experience
It is essential that you are an experienced marketer with demonstrable success in developing and growing high profile brands. You must have the ability to apply your strategic thinking skills across the full mix, with the drive and determination to bring your plans to life.
In a relationship based business like ours, it is imperative that that you have the ability to cultivate effective relationships both cross functionally and cross company when leading activity. Your ability to win credibility and influence these relationships up and down the organization will be critical to your success.
Able to demonstrate a strong track record of leading teams, developing talent and inspiring creativity and innovation.
You will be expected to adopt a breakthrough mind-set in approaching the work and ensure that we continue to set the lead in creativity and marketing innovation.
