PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Age: Should be over 35 years. • Qualifications: Should possess a degree in mechanical / chemical engineering from a recognized university. • Experience: • Should have at least 10 years experience in productionlengineering in a fast moving consumable goods manufacturing company. • Should have exposure in implementation of modern factory management methods, quality improvement systems and cost controlling methods. • Should be able to introduce work study and productivity improvement techniques and be able to handle labour independently.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE • PRODUCTION

• Age: Should be 21 years or above. • Qualifications : Should have a degree in engineering or chemical engineering from a recognized university. • Experience: Should have at least at least 2 years industrial training or experience in a factory environment preferably in a FMCG company.

AREA SALES MANAGER

• Age : Should be 30 years or above. • Qualifications :Should have at least 03 passes at the GCE A/Level examination Be fluent in Sinhala and English, fluency in Tamil will be advantageous • Experience: Should have at least 03 years experience in area Management in a FMCG Company. Should have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with effective decision making, analytical and planning skills.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Qualifications: Should possess credit passes in English. Sinhala and Mathematics at the GCE 0/Level examination. Be fluent in English, SinhalalTamil • Experience: Should have at least 02 years experience in selling FMCS products. License to ride a Motor Cycle will be an advantage.

TRAINEE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Age : Should be 20 years or over. • Qualifications: Be fluent in English,Sinhala/Tamil. Possess passes in English,Sinhala and Mathematics at the GCE 0/Level examination. School leavers can also apply. Candidates for North-East can also apply.

DATA ENTRY OPERATORS

• Age : Should be 20 years or over. • Qualifications: Should have Diploma or part qualification in computer studies Experience: Should have 01 years experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
