Trainee Operations Executive

You will be responsible for carrying out counter activities in order to ensure compliance to customers' guidelines given on accepting and releasing containers. You will also carry out in-gate surveys by inspecting and measuring damages on containers against the given international standards, requirement for cleaning, conducting light-leak tests etc., in order to generate accurate repair estimates. Additionally, performing post repair inspections by checking the progress of container repair activities, inspecting the quality of repairs done, assessing the quantity completed against the estimates in order to ensure the compliance to repair standards will also be your responsibility. Maintaining a good relationship with customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction is essential in succeeding in this position. We are looking for an active and energetic individual with 2 passes at GCE A/L and 2 'C' passes for Mathematics and English at GCE 0/L's. Good interpersonal skills, with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work hard is essential to be successful in this role.
