Senior Executive - Legal

We are looking for :

We are looking for we are looking for a person who has passed out recently as an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public to be trained in handling litigation work of the Company in the District Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, draft pleadings, attend consultations with Counsels, appear in Court with or without Counsel, take follow up action on the cases filed by or against the Company and attend to labour and arbitral matters of the Company.

Prospective applicant should meet the following criteria: -

• A minimum of 03 years experience as an Attorney-at-Law in the above areas of work. • Notarial License to practice in both English and Sinhala Languages. • Knowledge of corporate law and Insurance Law will be an advantage. • Communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Sinhala is essential. • Be computer literate.
