We are Poking for very special individual for immediate recruitment in QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) Department.
. Senior Quality Controller
Should posses a Degree in Science / Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent Six Sigma Green Belt or Lead Auditor qualification in ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001) would be an added advantage Minimum 2 years hands on relevant work experience in manufacturing environment related to a leading role in Quality Assurance / Control. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work well in a quality assurance environment. Experience in investigations, analytical assessments & report writing on internal / external customer complaints. Be a good team player with a clear cut vision and strong leadership qualities. Should be computer literate with Microsoft Office Professional, statistical analysis techniques & applications. Should be able to perform or support internal QESH audits as required. Experience in supplier audits and Supplier quality assurance practices would be an addEP advantage.
This position will require to work on continental shifts including weekends & nights. Living within close proximity to lhe Biyagama zone will be advantageous and knowledge of Health & Safety, 6 sigma, 5S, Continuous Improvement will be considered as an asset.
