This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals to take up the responsibility as the Branch Head /Officer In-Charge to spearhead the operations of the above mentioned Branches. The selected candidates will be responsible for the top and bottom line performance of the branch whilst ensuring an effective/efficient operation and management of resources at the said locations
Requirements
*Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team
*A proven track record of a minimum 5 years experience in the similar capacity in Finance or Banking institution. (With a thorough know-how in carrying out precise credit appraisals/evaluations)
*A sound educational background, Degree from a recognized university and or a recognized Professional Qualification would be an added advantage
*Ability to communicate with all levels with strong negotiation skills
