Deputy Project Managers
The ideal candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification and at least 06 years experience in construction industry. Preference will be given to those who have experience in foreign funded road projects.
Key performance Areas

*Project Planning & Cost Control
*Contract Management
Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Site Engineers/Planning Engineer
B.Sc.(Civil) or equivalent qualifications with minimum 03 years experience in highway construction.
Surveyors
B.Sc/NCT or equivalent qualifications with 03 years work experience in Road Construction Projects.
Quantity Surveyors
NCT(QS)/City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications with computer literacy. Minimum 03 years work experience preferably in road construction.
Draughtsmen
NCT (Draftsman) or equivalent diploma and with minimum 03 years working experience in roads and site development works. Should have good experience in Auto CAD and Excel.
Technical Officers
JTO/NDT/NCT/NDES (Civil) or equivalent Qualifications and should have at least 03 years experience in the field of road construction.
Project Accountant (Colombo Office)
Fully or part qualification from ICASL/CIMA or accounting degree from reputed University with at least 5 years experience in construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
