Position summary

As General Manager you should drive and lead the business forward in all frontiers to ensure the continued success. He / She should also provide strategic direction to promote revenue and profitability in lubricants sales.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a Degree in Business Management and / or Motor Engineering or related field with minimum ten years experience in automotive industry with proven track record of excellence in the above position. Candidate needs to focus on strategic planning and business development in complete dealership operations. He will be highly skillful in dealing and nebotiating with senior-level external parties (business partners, etc.)with demonstrable business acumen and be meticulous in administration and planning.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Fully responsible for overall performance of the Company

• Develop and implement business strategy and define responsibilities

• Constant focus on improving deliverables and KP Is for the Company

• Deal with/manage partners and stakeholders - both internal and external

• Ensure achievement of productivity levels in line with international operatintitandards
