We are looking for a Executive Business Process Excellence in Avissawella
Executive Business Process Excellence
(Rubber Manufacturing Company - Multinational)
Qualifications:
- BE/B Tech/BSc Engineering, NDT in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- MBA in Operations (Optional)
Experiences:
- Fresher - Having Score of Excess of 75% in all the Semesters.
- Or 1 to 2 Years (Post or Pre-MBA) in the relevant specified areas.
- Candidates having specified tools' facilitating experience will have preference.
- Shop Floor Engineers having working knowledge of said tools can also apply.
- Experience in Apparel Sector Would be definite advantage.
Job Role:
- Improvement on chosen operational parameters.
- Handhold the said teams on a daily basis to achieve the Target results.
- Conduct training sessions on aspects of Manufacturing Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, SMED, 9-Step, TPM & other topics for managerial staff & operators.
- Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
