PROJECT MANAGER! PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Ideal candidate should have;
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or NDT (Civil).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to manage overall project related activates at site.
- Meeting set targets & assuring high quality finishes on the work done.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Sinhala.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- A brief profile of the candidate;
- Professionally qualified in quantity surveyor.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recognized company.
- Capability to handle the following independently.
Prepare accurate BOQs, evaluate contractor prices and quotations, measurement of work done and verify accuracy of contractor payments.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Sinhala.
- High level of computer literacy, knowledge and experience in handling AUTOCAD Software.
