Manager - Technical Inventory
Job profile:
The Manager - Technical Inventory is managing specialized work to ensure availability of spares for Engineering Services and assist procurement of spares while maintaining an optimum inventory level using the ERP system and modern inventory management techniques.
Main responsibilities of the job include:
• Inventory planning, budgeting, forecasting, identifying strategic & obsolete items, managing annual cycle counting process, ABC classification.
• Ensure required spare parts are made available in the Stocks.
• Administration of the stores & provide special inputs for technical procurement activities.
• Control ordering process to minimize obsolescence
Candidate profile:
Our ideal candidate must be an extremely task oriented individual with confidence & competence and deliver a specialized work with attention to details.
The ideal candidate should:
• Be male 30 - 40 years stage.
• Have a degree from a recognized university. (Engineering Degree would be an added advantage)
• Professional Qualification/Diploma in Supply Chain! Stores Management
• Have minimum of 3-5 years hands on experience in Inventory Management in a large industrial setting with heavy machinery.
• Have knowledge in Technical Accounting, computer literacy, CMMS/ERP system.
• Have knowledge in financial management & accounting.
• Have Knowledge in health, safety and environmental requirements of an industrial setting.
