Facilitate management of all manager services & VAS contracts through effective selection of partners, reviews of partner performance and collaboration in order to achieve strategic objectives both tangible and intangible.
Responsibilities in relation to the above will be as follows:
1) Parter & Contacts Management
- Partner management through effective negotiation
- Facilitate periodic contract review meetings with the relevant stakeholders
- Periodic Reconciliation of the same
2) Strategic Sourcing
- Conduct market reviews & price benchmarking as appropriate
- Vendor profiling
- Maintain a Robust Management information system for long term decision making
3) Cost Reduction
- Achieve cost reduction as per targets
- Perform zero based costing
- Initiate and drive projects with the engagement of relevant stake holders from user department
- Identify non value adding activities and drive measures to eliminate the same where ever possible
Age, Qualification & Experience
- Age Below 34 yrs
- Bachelors degree
- Professional Qualification
- Postgraduate Qualification is advantageous
- 3+ years experience in a similar capacity in the service industry
