A high volume auto group specializing in vehicle processing with a broad productservice offering spread across multiple sites. Currently they are looking for an experienced professional to fill the below position.
Manager - Stores
Role:
- You will be accountable for achieving store-specfic goals and results in the areas including sales and service, product merchandising, store environment, and store-level marketing strategy and tactics.
- Supervises the entire store staff including the management team and sales associates.
- Develop and implement industry leading operational processess to maximize financial performance to consistently, improve results.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationship with key business partners and leverage all internal resources to achieve company, territory, district, and store objectives.
- Examine financial reports to develop strategies to consistently, deliver results to the company's specified standards for sales, wages, profit and loss and other key metrics.
- Develop workforce-planning strategies for the store to fulfill present and future staffing needs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A degree or diploma in supply chain management/stores management with minimum 5 years related leadership experience in managing similar volume retail establishment.
- Excellent communication, delegation follow-up, time-management, and analytical skills required.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed based on the needs of the business.
