Job Profile
- Attend to all matters relating to examination of title to land and property.
- Knowledgeable in Condominium, Commercial and Contract Laws and having experience in the field of drafting property sales and join venture agreements, notarial work and debt recovery.
- Draft all other security documents related to all the commercial transactions that are associated by the company.
- Advise the company on Legal matters and changes of legislation and communicate with our company secretaries on legal matters independently.
Applicant's Profile
- Experience in leading legal firm or corporate company will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English Languae, inter personal skills and ability to work as part of the team.
- Upper age limit is 40 year and pleasant appearance.
- Ability to work undr pressure and meet tight deadliens.
