we are looking for post of GENERAL MANAGER- OVERSEAS OPERATIONS
This company involved in providing consultancy and human resources to its foreign clients is currently geared to strategic change and expansion. They are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who seeks solutions that are out of the ordinary.
GENERAL MANAGER. OVERSEAS OPERATIONS
The Individual:
0 Should possess a Masters degree from a recognized university.
0 A minimum of five years work experience in Europe or United States in managerial capacity, preferably in an engineering organization.
0 Excellent command of the English language whilst eloquence in other foreign languages is considered advantageous.
The Role:
0 Development of company's services to overseas clients.
0 Liaising with foreign clients with regard to project agreements/contracts.
0 Preparing annual budget Et financial forecasts.
0 Meeting revenue and profitability targets.
0 Recruitment Et selection of candidates to be seconded to foreign projects.
0 Conforming to all requirements in overseas countries where the company provides services.
0 Prepare managernent reports.
0 Resolving client complaints in an effective manner.
0 Travel extensively overseas to meet clients and negotiate contracts.
