HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
0 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management frorn a recognized institution.
0 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources Management in defining and implementing HR
strategies and policies in the following areas:
*HR planning
* Performance rnanagement
*Talent management
* Employee engagement
*Periodic pay surveys and pay structure revisions
*Ernployee benefit programmes
0 Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe complex issues in a clear and understandable manner, orally and in writing.
0 A team player who has positive interpersonal skills.
0 Familiarity wo.ng with HRIS.
0 Age: Below 35 years.
