Inbound Sales & Customer Service Executive

As a rapidly growing web services company, we are at the forefront of premium IT and web solutions offering invaluable services to a reputable client base.

We are a small team with exposure to various industries seeking a highly motivated individual to work at our Battaramulle office, who can demonstrate a range of skills such as independence, leadership, fluent English language skills, customer service, sales, project management and great computer skllls.

You will be responsible for responding promptly, in a positive, professional and timely manner to customers as well as being a responsible leader to ensure that all operations are running in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Handling inbound sales enquires of offshore customers
• Taking car of reedback and issues of customers in a responsible manner
• Assigning projects to your internal team
• Taking full responsibility for delivering projects within set time frames
• Carrying out quality assurance tasks prior to the delivery of projects
• Monitor performance, punctuality and discipline of the team

In order to be successful for this role you must demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes

• Must have studied in the English medium for at least 3-5 years
• Fluent spoken English skills
• Great level of customer service skills
• Great leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure
• good punctuality and time management qualities
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer service role

You will be entitled to substantial amounts of bonuses and incentives in addition to the base salary depending on your performance & contribution to the progress.
