.Net Support Engineers (2)

The Roll-

• Design and implement tools for Dev teams, responsible for dev Infrastructure and application level ops. work
• Analyze customer problems, asses scope of impact and communicate
• Proactively monitor production environments and/or applications
• Work closely with Development. QA. Operations team to support and resolve application Issues
• Understand complex feature sets for web, middle tier, and database applications
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Able to provide Root Cause Analysis reports
• Adaptable to next generation of web apps, databases, and scalable architecture
• Input on redesign of existing systems to improve scalability and performance

The Skill Set -

• 2 - 4 + yrs Working experience with ASP.Net, C#
• Solid understanding of HTTP, Web Services, Windows Services, XML. etc.
• Understanding of architecture and development methods of n-tier systems
• High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision
• Possess a professional and cooperative attitude, and the ability to stay focused in high-stress situations

Additional Skills-

• Knowledge of Ruby, Python, PowerShell or other scripting language
• Experience with RDBMS design and development experience in SQL Server
• Experience In a continuous deployment" environment
• Experience with MSMQ, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ a plus
• Experience with NoSQL database architecture (Mongodb, Riak)
• A understanding of caching strategies at all layers ( Memcached, Redis )
• Experience with configuration management system and concepts (Chef, Puppet, Cfengine, etc.)
• Ability to create, customize, manage network management systems and monitoring tools ( Zabbix, Graphite. etc.
