Principal Responsibilities

• To perform a lead role in managing the implementation of enterprise end to end project management by maintaining complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues.
• Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget. Provide management with regular project updates, maintain trusting relationships, identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.
• Initiate, forecast and monitor strategic initiatives and execution of project/program work plans.
• Work collaboratively with external and internal teams, vendors to accomplish group business plan.
• Effective communication of project programs and strategic initiates to the corporate management team and all stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with functional, regional and business development groups on implementation of project shedules.
• Responsible for end to end program management and launch of new products and services.
• Continuous monitoring of programs/projects to ensure that they are completed as per given targets, and deviations to baseline plans and issues to be highlighted in advance
• To manage the resource allocation for programs / projects wherever applicable
• Implement and manage project changes as and when required, and follow the necessary processes/protocols with regard to same
• Maintain proper knowledge management repository and ensure project documentation is up-to-date

Person Specification

• A degree in Engineering/IT/ management or equivalent with relevant professional qualification and preferably a MBA /MSc in relevant field study would be added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years or experience in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in Telecommunication/IT sector will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive timely completion of project targets is essential.
• Ability to successfully engage with, all stakeholders internal and external to meet the project deliverables on time is a must.
