We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following positions in our Sri Lankan resorts

 The selected candidate will report to the food and beverage Manager of the resort.

  the  restaurant and bar manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing operations of the restaurant and bar and liaising with the saleS team to enSure maximum prof itability,

• Assisting the F&B Manager in day-to-day operations.

• Attending to guests needs ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.

• Managing the physical appearance of the restaurant, maintenance and ambience.

 • Worlcing with the F&B manager to establish and maintain effective internal contros within  the department.

 • Building and maintaining good customer relations to safeguard the reputation of the hotel and to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Maintaining and demonstrating a strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industf,

• Assisting in the execution of the strategic plan including forecasting, budget management, profit and loss accountability, cost controls and inventory.

• Team member development

the ideal candidates should:

possess a sound understanding of f&b operation and current market treands with minimum of 5 yeras experience in f&b qperation with at least 2 yeras at a  managerial level.
