Requirements

• Should possess natural leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate your sales team.
• Age between 30-40 years
• Ability to work closely with Senior Management to execute the highest standards in sales objectives and company goals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to apply exceptional visual merchandising standards and manage inventory.
• Should be well organized and possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.

SALES EXECUTIVES FASHION & LIFESTYLE

Requirements

• Age between 18-30 years
• School leavers with G.C.E 0/L and A/L qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Should be confident, self-motivated team players.
• Should enthusiastically provide an excellent level of service, and be able to adapt to a fast paced work environment.
• Should be able to communicate in English and Sinhala
• PrevAus work experience in the fashion industry will be an added advantage.

TEAM LEADER

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well in English is essential
• Should be mature minded and sales focused and able to maintain customer relations.
• Should have more than 5 years experience in similar capacity.
• Should be trustworthy and capable of managing multiple stores in a region.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and train team members.
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs and deliver beyond expectations.
