what wil i be doing?

as a reservation sales agent,you willn serve as the first line of inquary for room reservation within the hotel. also you will be responsible for offering excelent guest service,option,and other solutions to meet guest needs. specifically, a reservation sales agent will perfrom the following task to high standards:

• connert,quicly,inquiriesinto contrracted business
• respond,positively,to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
• identifysales leads,as appropriate
• respond to guest inquiries in a highly proffesion manner,includind ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to guest,s expectation
• provide prompt and efficiant service while maintaning the hotel brand standersensure proper documentation /filing

a reservation sales agent is always working on behalf of our guest and working with other team member. to successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude ,behaviours, skills,and valu that follow:

• a passion for delivering great guest service
• a highly profesional telephone manner and excellent communication skills in english
• outstanding administration and organization skills
• computer proficiency in ms office(including outlook)
• 1 to2 years of exprience in a reservation environ ment, preferred
• passed g.c.e.(o/l)including english
• familiarity with fidelio system would be advantage
