Assisant Showroom Manager

The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales and Merchandising who have a flair for decorating and a sense of style. He/She will need to provide the leadership necessary to achieve projected sales goals while ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all times. Conduct yourself as a coach who observes and facilitates necessary change to achieve company goals.

Essential Functions of Job:

Manage day to day operations on showroom floor. Oversee Sales Assistant, Visual Merchandiser and Canvas for new Sales. Achiever sales goals, evaluates needs and strengths of a sales team members on a continuous basis to ensure your team's success.

Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve design effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction. Establish individual sales goals and prepare plans to achieving goals. Work as team with sales team and customer.

Create and nurture a positive team environment and a high level of energy and ambition to ensure sale growth.

Job Requirements:

• Proven background in retail selling and showroom sales
• Compulsory knowledge of timber, and furniture preferred.
• Knowledge of English & Good communication & Interpersonal skills are essential
• Experience as design sales professional preferred.
• Broad knowledge of sales and effective sales techniques supervisory experience required.
• Age 30 - 45

Other Requirements:

This position requires team leadership abilities, strong communication and organization skills, Ability to train the sales team for product knowledge, Sales performance and customer service. Serve as a role model for customer service, design and sales performance. Must be able to work holidays, evenings and weekends. Must possess valid driving license with a good driving record.
