Branch Managers

Key responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Branch Team and achieving set targets in terms of product sales, profits and client acquisition
• The prospective candidate should have a thorough knowledge of both Retail and SME banking products with adequate exposure to credit
• He/She would be required to ensure the smooth functioning of branch operations and take over the responsibility of all staff matters

Qualifications and experience:

• Exceptional leadership qualities
• An outgoing personality and flair for public relations
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Above par communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of consumer banking operations and credit evaluation
• Minimum five (05) years work experience in a commercial bank
• Three (03) subjects in Certificate in Banking and Finance (CBF) - preferred
• Full qualification in Certificate in Banking and Finance (CBF) AND/ORful/part qualification in Diploma in Banking and Finance (DBF) - advantageous
• Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution - advantageous
